Does this sound like you?

You really want to understand what your emotions are trying to tell you and are willing to put in the effort, but you don’t have the support, direction or resources that you need. And even if you did, you wouldn’t know where to start. You’re not alone, and I'm here to help.

Hey, I'm Holly

As I began working through years of emotional baggage, I realized that my emotions weren't my enemy - they were actually sharing important messages with me. Messages about what truly matters to me, what my boundaries are and what brings me joy. I learned that the more I was true to how I felt, the more at peace I became being myself and living life the way I wanted to. So I decided I wanted to help others do the same.

That’s why I created the Emotional Health Course Library – so you can have the support and resources you need to improve your emotional health.

Through monthly training sessions, growth tracking and access to exclusive resources, I help you resolve the confusion around your emotions so that you can discover emotional peace.

Here's How I Can Help

If you struggle with understanding your emotions, the Emotional Health Library is here for you.

  • Clear + Practical Resources

No more wondering how to grow. I’ve got everything you need right here.

  • Video Courses, Masterclasses and Workshops

Through trainings and courses, I teach you how to manage your emotions.

“Finding Holly’s work feels like some kind of divine intervention. So often I have felt so alone in my people pleasing journey or unable to verbalize what I truly feel. However, now I feel understood and amongst good company.”

Karen

“I’ve learned about people pleasing from you and I’ve understood so many things about myself. I’ve started saying no to things I normally would’ve said yes to, and it feels so so good. Thank you.”
